Feels like home
We arrived in January 2015 and were planning on staying a month or two. It is now July and we are still here. Why? We feel at home here, that’s why. Eddie and his crew have made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The building is immaculate and the staff are always cleaning something, and it shows. The rooftop pool is great for a quick dip. The location is convenient, with only a short walk to bahtbuses to Pattaya or Sukhumvit. The airport bus nearby making it very easy to get to Bangkok. Kudos to Eddie and his staff for making our stay here so pleasant.
RPA is a nice place to stay, ???
We stay there from Jan 1st 2015 til the end of August. We had probably stayed in 3 or 4 units at Royal Park Apartments, all of them were very nice and comfortable. I liked the deep swimming pool on the roof top, and I enjoyed the quiet environment. The bus station where you can take a shuttle to BKK airport is only 5 minutes walk away( time you spend waiting for a chance to cross street doesn’t count, lol). Very convenient to get around. PS: although it is not so relevant but the manager Eddy is a very nice friendly guy, very helpful. He sometimes speaks English in Thai style with an Irish accent! Talk to Eddy!

Great Times at Royal Park Apartments
This is my favorite place to stay in Pattaya. Great location, comfortable rooms, awesome staff, and a rooftop swimming pool! See you again soon 
Royal Park Apartments
We have stayed here twice, 7 weeks the first time and 13 weeks last time, we are returning this year for another 13 weeks so we can definitely say it’s home from home, Eddy and Owen are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are of an excellent standard with all mod cons. The building is very secure as is the surrounding area. The pool area is great place to meet other guests . We are looking forward to seeing our friends again.

Chris and I lived at Royal Park for about 4 months. The apartment was fantastic and the entire building was well kept. This building feels like Home the minute you arrive. Eddy is incredibly selfless and giving in his treatment of guests. You will want for nothing if you ask. We recommend staying at Royal Park. It is a little piece of Home in the middle of Jomtien. J

Famous faces in Pattaya
The bustling seaside town of Pattaya is not just about bars and beaches this week. Today the some of the most powerful men in the world have jetted into town.
United States President Barack Obama is with Russan Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in the popular resort, with NBA basketball player Yao Ming and Thai tennis legend Paradorn Srichaphan making up a neat foursome.
But if I let slip that Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie plus Posh and Becks are also gracing the white sand at the same time, you may begin to smell a rat. Yes, this is a feisty gaggle of 68 life-size figures as part of Louis Tussaud’s Waxworks.
Situated in Royal Garden Plaza, the famous figures are the latest exhibit at Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum, run by Pattaya’s Minor International Company. This 100 million baht project is Texas-based Louis Tussaud’s fifth display, alongside others in Canada, India and the UK. Organisers hope to attract one million guests through its gates every year.
Only time will tell if Pattaya’s new guests can avoid melting under the blistering Thai heat.
Great Experience at Royal Park
First time i stayed with Royal Park Apt. almost 2 years ago, by accident.
Since i’m an internet addict, i looked for a reliable, nice and clean apartment with internet (WiFi) – so i found RPA via Google – i was really surprised about the overall value for the money – this is a hidden gem in Jomtien. I came back almost 5 times, it was always a pleasure.
If you look for a friendly, nice environment don’t look any further – Royal Park Apartments is the place to stay.
The best value for your money ! Thumbs up !
